Wedding announcement: Jennifer Jordan and Philip Griffo

Mr. and Mrs. Philip Jordan of Incline Village, Nev., are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Jennifer, to Philip Griffo, son of Jeffrey and Robin Griffo, of Homewood, Calif. The wedding is being held at Lake Tahoe, on Saturday, Sept. 8.

The bride graduated from Incline High School and is attending college at University of Nevada, Reno. She presently works at Renown's Rehabilitation hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Philip graduated from North Tahoe High School and currently works for Martis Valley Mechanical. He is finishing his HVAC technician certificate at Truckee Meadows Community College.

Philip and Jennifer met while both participating on the Reno Ritchey Cycling team. They started riding together and saw each other at riding competitions, which slowly turned into dates.
