So, there is some news regarding how the Yautja of this story will interact with each other.

The Yautja interact somewhat differently than humans do (go figure, and so I need to set some ground rules for the communication of the Hunt.

1. When on the Hunt, silent commands are given via body language and silent animalistic sounds so as not to alert prey to the presence of the Clan. Such gestures can range from a simple guiding motion with one finger and small snarls of warning that a threat is approaching, to much more violent signs such as fists clenching and being thrust downward towards the ground and roars of rage and fury.

2. When not in pursuit of prey, a spoken language is used. However, since this language is only bits and pieces gathered from the comics, I have decided that simply posting sentences in English will be fine. There are not going to be many of these instances, so most of your communication will still be body language.

Known Body Language/Silent Commands Meanings (Some of which are only used by the Clan Leader, these are marked with a double asterisk):

*One handed pushing of another's shoulder = challenge
*One handed shake of another's shoulder = greeting
*Lowering of the head = submission/obedience
*Head tilt to one side = curiosity
*Both fists clenched and thrust downward on both sides = frustration and rage (usually when something goes wrong, sometimes just when overly frustrated or bored as well)
*Guttural clicking (trademark Predator clicking) = pleasure/amusement
*Bark = command, realization, anger
*Roar = fury, All encompassing order (order to the whole Clan)
*Hissing = anger, a warning
*Lower mandibles flared = aggression
*All mandibles flared = anger
*Back arched and mandibles flared = Pure Rage
*Kneeling on right knee = awaiting orders
*kneeling on left knee = impatience (typically only used in private or around peers since showing such a sign to the Clan Leader is considered disrespectful and is a punishable offense)
**Nod of head to one side = order to move in that direction
**Either arm extended forward, open hand with palm facing the ground = Calling everyone's attention
**Right arm extends outward to the side with palm facing up, hand closes into a fist = Everyone is free to act on their own until called (Almost always used as a last resort when coordinated efforts prove futile, this is used to give everyone the freedom to use all their skills how they see fit to survive until the threat is over)
