Senior Business Analyst - Brisbane, Queensland

Opportunity for you to join a truly global resource sector giant within a high profile IT Services Project team! You will be delivering business process maps focussed on business change, including analysis for detailed design and the production of test scripts.

As an experienced Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• As is (current state) & To be (future state) Business process mapping
• Tracking of the communication with the business (minutes of meeting, expectations, commitments, etc)
• Integration with product Business Analyst for the product definition
• Attend daily scrum meetings
• Managing issues and risk associated with change management and benefits realisation escalating to the Project Manager as required.
• In collaboration with product team -Train, providing support and quality control.
• Undertake organisational change management

?Your experience will include:

• Experience using industry standard business process mapping methods and tools (such as BPMN, UML, Visio etc)
• Have the ability to undertake organisational change across large organisational business units and consolidate and report on analysis.
• Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite specifically: Agillian, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
• Experience with using MS Project and SharePoint
• Experience within the resource sector an advantage but not mandatory.
